At 22 Baoqing Road is a building with three storeys in the middle and two storeys on both sides. The foundation is plainly concreted and the upper outer walls are of red bricks. In the center of the second floor there is a corridor embraced with geometry iron railings in the style of Art Deco. The spaces between the windows are adorned by concreted geometry patterns while the stair railings inside are ornamented by iron geometry vignettes.
