Built in 1942, Yicun Village is located at 1610 Middle Huaihai Road. The construction consists of eight buildings of two/three-storey detached houses following similar styles. It is a residential complex with a combination of various styles. The Spanish style can be seen in the continuous arches, arc and lineal cornices on the walls coved with pantiles above the windows, and the hollowed-out green floriations on the railings of the veranda. The flat roofs and the iron railings featuring the horizontal lines adopted in some houses demonstrate the modern style.
