Located at 620-622 West Jianguo Road, the building was set up in 1924 under German style characterized with a hipped gable and a mansard roof. There are semi-circular windows and a curved veranda on the top and the walls are covered with red tiles and partially dressed by cement. There are hexagonal bay windows projecting out of the eastern elevation.
