The fiber forms through such working procedures as washing plastic bottle scraps, drying, melting by spin extruding machine. It is widely used in textile, spray-bonded cotton, nonwoven fabric, garment, stuffer cotton for furniture and toys. The fiber has been able to be exported to the USA and Germany.
