Fish & Seafood Dishes--Braised Fried Prawns

Ingredients: 100g prawns, 1 broccoli, pepper sauce, minced meat, fermented glutinous rice, chives, ginger shreds, garlic mousse, white sugar, refined salt, light soy, gourmet powder, rice vinegar, chili oil, watered starch

Recipe:

  1. Fry the cleaned prawns in heated oil till both sides turn bright red. Remove and set aside.
  2. Put chives, ginger, garlic, and minced meat in the remained oil. Stir-fry till fragrant. Add pepper sauce and stir-fry till they are red. Put in seasonings, stock and fermented glutinous rice and bring to a boil. Put in the prawns and simmer over a gentle fire. Then concentrate the soup with a strong fire. Make a paste and pour on rice vinegar and chili oil. Place them in a serving dish.
  3. Scald the broccoli in boiling water and put it beside the prawns.
