Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed and Saut¨¦ed Crabmeat

Ingredients: 75g river crabs, 200g mushrooms, cabbage hearts, ginger, Shaoxing wine, refined salt, oil, gourmet powder, water chestnut powder

Recipe:

  1. Wash the crabs and steam till done. Take out the crabmeat and crab ovum. Make them into mousse.
  2. Saut¨¦ ginger shreds in oil till fragrant. Add crab mousse and Shaoxing wine. Stir-fry. Add mushrooms, cabbage hearts, refined salt and water. Stew till done. Put in gourmet powder and make a paste. Remove and serve.
