Recipe:

  1. Clean and cook the crabs. Take out the crab ovum.
  2. Put oil in a heated wok. Saut¨¦ chives and ginger briefly in it. Put in crab ovum, Shaoxing wine, soy and white sugar. Saut¨¦ slightly and briefly. Put in stock.
