Fish & Seafood Dishes--Braised Pickled Silver Carp Head

Ingredients: 750g silver carp head, garlic, ginger shreds, chopped scallions, Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, dark soy, gourmet powder, salt, pepper, water chestnut powder, peanut oil, sesame oil

Recipe:

  1. Cut silver carp head into chunks and stir with seasonings to mix them up.
  2. Heat the wok. Put in peanut oil, garlic oil, ginger shreds and chopped scallions. Saut¨¦ them till fragrant. Then put in the pickled silver carp head. Braise for 15 minutes over a strong fire with the wok covered. After it is done, put chives and sesame oil on it. Remove and serve.
