Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Codfish Pieces between Bean Curd Pieces

Ingredients: 200g codfish, bean curd, shredded vegetable leaves, chicken broth, Shaoxing wine, salt, gourmet powder, watered starch, salad oil

Recipe:

  1. Knife the codfish meat and bean curd into round pieces. Put each codfish meat between 2 bean curd pieces and steam in a food steamer till done. Put them in a serving dish.
  2. Put chicken broth, salt, gourmet powder and shredded vegetable leaves in a wok. Make a paste and pour some done oil on it. Put it in the dish and serve.
