Fish & Seafood Dishes--Salt-Baked Pickled Turtle

Ingredients: 500g soft-shelled turtle, preserved bean curd gravy, seafood sauce, chili sauce, refined salt, sugar, chicken essence, juice of chive and ginger

Recipe:

  1. Kill the turtle and scald in boiling water for a while. Clean it. Chop it into pieces 2 cm long. Add preserved bean curd gravy, seafood sauce, chili sauce, refined salt, sugar, chicken essence and juice of chive and ginger. Let pickle for half an hour.
  2. Coat it with a tinfoil. Make it in the shape of a turtle and surface it with salt. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven of 250o. Remove and serve.
