Ingredients: 100g fresh abalone, 200g lettuce, salt, sugar, gourmet powder, starch, dark soy, oyster oil, high stock

Recipe:

  1. Cook the abalone till done. Slice it and arrange the slices in a bowl in the shape of a lotus flower. Cover the bottom with lettuce.
