Ingredients: 750g giant snake (artificial), bittern, 3-taste oil

Recipe:

1. Clean and chop the snake without removing the skin. Cook in a pressure cooker till tender. Marinate the chopped snake in bittern for 15 minutes. Take out and drain off. Put in 3-taste oil.
2. Put 500g oil in the wok and heat it till hot. Put in chopped snake and fry slightly. Take out and put in a serving dish.
