Ingredients: pig's forehoof, dark soy, rock sugar, salt, gourmet powder, apples, anise, cinnamon, lilac, chives, wine

Recipe:

1. Knife the forehoof into two parts and scald in boiling water. Cook seasonings and spices above in the water into a bittern and put the forehoof in it till well done. Remove.
2. Heat the oil till hot and fry the forehoof till bright brown. Put chives and mashed garlic in another wok. Put in the forehoof and stir and sauté briefly. Sprinkle pepper-salt on it. Remove and serve.
