Ingredients: 20g fried big dried scallops, lily, celery, salt, gourmet powder, chives, oil

Recipe: knife the celery into diamond-shaped small pieces and slice the lily. Scald them in boiling water till done. Cool them with clean cold water. Stir them with salt, gourmet powder and chive oil to mix them up. Put them in a serving dish and pour on the fried big dried scallops.
