Ingredients: 1 giant snake about 2,000g (artificially cultured)，oil, salt, gourmet powder, sugar, pepper, prickly ash, Shaoxing wine, preserved bean curd, water chestnut powder, eggs

Recipe:

1. Kill and clean the giant snake. Marinate in the mixture of salt, gourmet powder, pepper, Shaoxing wine, eggs, prickly ash and preserved bean curd gravy for a while. Remove and coat the chopped snake with water chestnut powder.
